How long will it take to receive my order in the U.S.?

Total delivery time is usually 3–10 business days: 1–5 business days for production + 2–5 business days for delivery via USPS or UPS.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive or the address is wrong?

If your order doesn’t arrive within 14 business days, we’ll provide a full refund or free reshipment. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, a $10 reshipping fee applies for the new shipment.

Can I return or exchange my canvas if I don't like it or ordered the wrong size?

No. Because all products are custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, wrong color, or personal preference.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or the print is wrong?

Contact support@vilrim.com within 30 days of delivery with clear photos. We will provide a free reprint or full refund – you do not need to return the damaged item.

How long do I have to report a problem and get a refund?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to report any defects, damage, or wrong items. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
